Bio

Clémence Fallet, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and in private equity transactions. She advises listed companies on their corporate governance issues. She was admitted to the Paris Bar (2008) and is a graduate of the business school HEC (2006) and the University of Paris XI Jean-Monnet (Master’s in business and tax law, 2006). She was also selected to attend training sessions at the business think-tank IHEE (Institut des Hautes Études de l’Entreprise, 2015).
