Bio

Benjamin Kanovitch, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions, and private equity. His practice also includes advising clients on securities laws and governance issues. He has written several articles on these topics and he regularly gives lectures at universities in France and abroad. Benjamin is the Recorder of the "Shareholder activism" report published by the Club des Juristes under the chairmanship of Michel Prada, former Chairman of the Financial Markets Regulator. He joined Bredin Prat in 1999 and was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York for two years from 2001 to 2003.
