Adrien Simon, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He advises companies on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He also assists clients in resolving their strategic litigation matters. Admitted to the Paris Bar (2010), Adrien is a graduate of ESSEC (2010) and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master's degree in Business and Tax Law, 2006; Diploma from the Institute of Business Law, 2006; Master's degree in Business Law, 2005).
