Andrew Zeve co-chairs the firm’s energy litigation practice group and represents clients in disputes related to every aspect of the oil and gas industry. In addition, he represents clients in intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on trade secrets and patents. His experience as a litigator includes jury trial, bench trial and arbitration in state and federal courts across the United States. In addition to his oil and gas litigation practice, Andrew represents clients in a variety of litigation areas, including intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. He represents a range of international to Fortune 500 clients from industries including energy, construction, commercial real estate, and oilfield services and equipment manufacturers. During law school, Andrew served as an intern to the Honorable David Hittner in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
