Sam Mabon is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has been instrumental in supporting clients achieve their business ambitions. He handles corporate transactions, financing, members’ agreements and disputes as well as commercial matters including the terms and conditions of trade, online terms and policies. He acts for PLCs, UK subsidiaries of foreign entities, LLPs, SMEs, start-ups and high net-worth individuals. He also advises some of our largest clients in the sport sector on a broad range of corporate issues as well as online and sponsorship matters. Sam has advised clients on deals with a total enterprise value in excess of £3bn. He has built up a strong, nationwide, reputation for advising entrepreneurial start-ups, especially in the areas of technology as well as business services. He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500 which describes him as “excellent”. Sam’s clients include Chase de Vere, Fatsoma, RTS Group, Seddon Group, Wooshii and HiringHub. Sam joined us in 2006 and is a member of our management board.
