Joshua Kaplan prowess lies at the intersection of tax and corporate law. His license as a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) in the state of Florida adds even more value to his area of focus. Josh helps clients not only guard against liability and risk, but also form new strategies to minimize taxes, optimize transactions, and create long-term value. Josh works with clients to plan tax strategies across a full range of domestic and international corporate activity, including joint ventures, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. His clients include entrepreneurs, start-ups, real estate developers and investment funds, and multinational businesses.
