I am a corporate lawyer with particular specialism in acquisitions and disposals and corporate restructuring of businesses. My expertise includes working with SMEs, owner managed business and entrepreneurs across a wide range of sectors. I have a particular focus on health and social care (including, care homes, domiciliary care, dentists, pharmacies and GP surgeries), medical suppliers, not-for-profit organisations and healthcare professionals. Corporate Transactions - Advising on, reorganisations, mergers, disposals and acquisitions, assets and share transactions, financing and raising loan capital, equity. Companies and Partnerships - Establishing companies, LLPs and partnerships, dealing with administration such as Companies Act 2006 issues, changes in constitution or governance, group service arrangements, retirements, changes of ownership and dissolution or winding up. I also advise on the roles, right and duties of directors, shareholders, partners and LLP members. New Business Ventures - Working with you to set up your new business, whether as a company, Limited Liability Partnership, Community Interest Company or Joint Venture.
