Mr. Campoamor is a real estate and corporate attorney based in our Naples office. He counsels clients on a full range of commercial and residential real estate needs, including commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, real estate financing and commercial loan documentation, real estate development, and construction. Mr. Campoamor’s corporate practice includes the formation and governance of corporate, partnership and other business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and outside general counsel services.
