Tessa Trevelyan Thomas has been a partner in the corporate team since 2019. She advises on a broad range of transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and fund raisings. Having spent most of her career at a Magic Circle law firm, she has extensive experience of acting on complicated domestic and cross-border transactions. She also regularly advises on general company and corporate law issues and the Takeover Code. She acts for a diverse range of clients, including listed companies (both Main Market and AIM), private companies, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and individuals. She has a growing interest in e-commerce and Amazon aggregation M&A, acting for both Amazon aggregators and brands.
