Plínio Simoes Barbosa is founding partner of BMA. He has a diversified corporate practice, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, joint ventures, investments and projects, particularly in infrastructure, mining and real estate. Plínio is highly experienced in large family businesses and in business succession. He is very active in national and international arbitrations in his areas of practice, particularly corporate and infrastructure.
