S. Chris Still has more than 20 years of experience in representing energy and public utility clients in a broad array of energy transaction and regulatory matters. Chris specializes in energy transaction matters for both public utilities and independent power producers, including power purchase and sale agreements, power trading agreements, interconnection agreements, retail service contracts, EPC and equipment procurement contracts, and generating facility operation and maintenance agreements. Chris also regularly represents clients in mergers and acquisitions of electric generation assets, including all aspects of due diligence and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements.
