David Duhé focuses on and regularly serves as counsel to sophisticated parties engaged in complex commercial arrangements in the areas of economic development, real estate, energy, and corporate transactions involving long-term contractual obligations, mergers and acquisitions, purchasing, leasing, construction, public laws, and incentives and compliance for both public and private clients. David currently serves as one of five appointed commissioners to the City of Gulfport's Redevelopment Commission, the urban renewal agency of Gulfport, Mississippi.
