Jonathan Bobinger is a transactional lawyer with over a decade of experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities matters. Mr. Bobinger has particular experience advising clients in the energy and technology sectors. Mr Bobinger brings a depth of industry knowledge to his practice, including experience structuring complex transactions for regulated and unregulated companies in electric power and gas spaces. In addition, Mr. Bobinger has significant renewable energy experience, having led numerous transactions involving the wind and solar sectors. Mr. Bobinger has advised public and private companies, private equity firms and institutional investors in numerous M&A transactions. He has significant experience in initial public offerings (IPOs), Rule 144A offerings and other public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, he counsels companies as to corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting, Section 16 compliance and other corporate and securities law matters.
