Jordan Bethea advises clients on their significant and complex transactional needs, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He has represented public and private companies, private equity firms, family offices, and others on both the buy-side and sell-side in mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and recapitalizations. Jordan also has significant experience advising on entity formation, capital raising and investments, governance, partnerships, and joint venture arrangements. Jordan strives to craft solutions that meet his clients’ business goals and get the deal done in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Jordan is a Pro Bono Legal Services Coordinator for the Dallas office.
