Bio

Selinda is specialized in banking and finance and has been recognized as a leading practitioner within her field. She has extensive experience of advising both lenders and borrowers/sponsors in domestic and cross-border financing arrangements, including acquisition, real estate and project finance, as well as in debt restructurings and a large variety of other finance related matters. In addition to her Finnish law degree, Selinda has an LLM in International Business Law from Católica University Law School in Lisbon, and has also gained further international experience from working at law firms in Stockholm and London.
