Robin focuses on transactional work, with a particular emphasis on finance and capital markets transactions, private investment funds as well as regulatory work. He has spent a significant part of his career in a corporate and capital markets practice in London and New York. He has gained a particularly deep understanding of corporate bonds and investment funds and is recognized as a leading practitioner within banking and finance and capital markets. Recently, he has represented clients in connection with corporate bonds, mergers and acquisitions and investments in private investment funds (e.g., private equity and venture capital funds).
