Rasmus focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, equity capital markets transactions and corporate advisory work. Rasmus also regularly advises clients in general commercial and contractual matters, and has been involved in numerous transactions in the areas of private equity, healthcare as well as energy and infrastructure.
