Mathias represents industrial clients and investors in mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate transactions and projects. His experience covers both domestic and especially complex cross-border transactions, but also general corporate, contract and real estate law advice. Mathias expertise within M&A and Real Estate has been recognized by all leading ranking publications (Chambers, Legal500, IFLR1000). Mathias has lived and worked in New York, St. Petersburg and Copenhagen. He holds a M.Sc. (Econ) degree in Finance.
