Elisa focuses on public takeovers, equity capital markets transactions and corporate advisory matters. She has also been involved in a variety of assignments relating to acquisitions and divestments of private companies. She regularly advises clients in various securities law and corporate governance matters. She also provides regulatory counsel to international credit and other financial institutions in their establishment and cross-border provision of services in Finland.
