Licensed to practice by the Paris and Berlin Bars, Valéry Denoix De Saint Marc has been a partner at the firm since 1998. Working in the Corporate group, he advises French and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures, real estate transactions and financing agreements. Valéry also works in international arbitration. He acts as an arbitrator as well as representing clients in ad hoc proceedings or proceedings governed by the rules of arbitration bodies. He is one of the firm’s main spokespersons in dealings with partner firms abroad.
