Bio

Philippe Lorentz worked in the tax department of CEA and of Areva Group before joining Coopers & Lybrand law firm (which became Landwell in 1999) in 1996 and being promoted to partner in 2002. Philippe joined August Debouzy in September 2005 as partner in charge of the Tax group. During the past ten years, he has advised French and foreign groups in making and optimizing their investments. Philippe also works on mergers & acquisitions and advises major investment funds on their acquisitions and restructuring. He also assists many companies in their negotiations with the French tax authorities.
