Julien Aucomte has been a partner in August Debouzy since 2012 and works within the Corporate team. He mainly deals with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. Julien has also worked on multiple corporate restructuring cases. His international approach to the practice of law has led him to become involved in many cross-border transactions. He assists French and foreign investors in a wide range of sectors, including Telecommunications, Energy, Infrastructures and Aviation. Also, Julien regularly provides training on legal aspects of transactions to corporate legal departments and private equity investment teams.
