Prashanth Sabeshan specializes in general corporate, infrastructure, electricity, renewables and clean energy, oil & gas, ports, banking and project finance, foreign investments and regulatory and policy advisory sectors. He has over 22 years’ experience and is, dual qualified as an advocate and a solicitor in India and UK. He has worked with many other leading law firms in India and abroad. Prashanth has recently authored the book “Investing in India’s Infrastructure and Energy Sectors – Laws and Practice” published by Thomson Reuters. Prashanth speaks regularly at various forums on select legal issues and is also a visiting faculty at a few law schools. Prashanth graduated in the year 1997 from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Prashanth joined the Firm in the Bangalore office as a Partner in the Corporate and Infrastructure practice in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Prashanth was a Partner with AZB & Partners.
