Alejandro Fernandez De Araoz began his practice as an associate at Estudio Legal (1987-1992), where he gained experience in corporate, banking, stock exchange, commercial contracting and competition law. In 1994 he founded Araoz & Rueda together with Pedro Rueda and since then he has been developing his practice within general commercial advice and, specifically, in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and the stock market, in which he has extensive experience. Likewise, he regularly advises on procedural matters and on matters of restructuring / bankruptcy.
