Bio

Nicholas is experienced in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including purchases and sales of shares and businesses, shareholder disputes, management buy outs, shareholders’ agreements and corporate restructuring. He has acted for a variety of clients from individuals starting their own business to the management teams of large, well-established privately owned companies, across a number of different sectors, with significant experience within the healthcare sector, specifically the dental and pharmacy sectors. Prior to studying law, Nicholas worked within the commercial division of a national construction materials company and subsequently held a number of management positions with an international retailer. On Saturday mornings, Nicholas enjoys running in parkruns, each week trying to set a new personal best time.
