A partner at Almain, Marjorie Seignette dedicates her activity to real estate law and commercial leases. She also acts as a representative in real estate transactions. She assists and advises both French and international clients within the framework of their investment, disposal, construction, management and marketing operations of their real estate assets. She has also developed a leading practice in commercial leases, both in advice and in litigation. Marjorie has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001. Before joining Almain, she worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Landwell in Paris (2000-2004), then in the real estate departments of Gide Loyrette Nouel (2006-2008), Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés and Wragge & Co (2008-2010), then Allen & Overy (2010-2014), before founding her own firm in 2015. She holds a Postgraduate degree in business law from Paris X Nanterre University (2000) as well as an LLM from Georgetown University (Washington DC, 2005). Marjorie speaks French and English.
