Bio

A founding partner at Almain, Jérôme supports French and international groups in their restructuring operations in France, especially in M&A transactions, collective or voluntary redundancy plans, as well as collective bargaining. He also provides assistance in disputes, the daily management of individual and collective social relations, and the implementation of employee profit-sharing plans. Lastly, he also provides managers and senior executives with advice and support in managing their careers. Jérôme strives to understand the business and operational, strategic and financial challenges of his clients, which are an essential pre-requisite to effectively meeting their needs in social law. A real partner to his clients, he maintains continuous dialogue with them to find an effective solution that best meets their needs. He also lends his social expertise to his M&A partners. Jérôme holds an LLM degree from the University of San Diego, USA, and a Graduate degree in Private law (with a focus on business law) from the University of Paris II - Assas. Before founding Almain, Jérôme practiced employment law with Gide Loyrette Nouel for roughly ten years, following similar experience for roughly seven years with other firms such as Hogan Lovells, Dentons and Ngo Miguères. Jérôme is a Franco-American and speaks both French and English.
