Craig Henderson practises exclusively in corporate and commercial law, particularly on transactions involving public company takeovers and mergers, sales and purchases of businesses, equity raisings, privatisations and corporate restructurings. Craig has a keen understanding of the commercial objectives of his clients, which he uses to pursue vigorously successful outcomes. Craig also advises extensively on directors' duties and corporate governance matters, joint ventures and partnerships and general commercial contracts. The above work has been undertaken for a stable of clients across a wide range of industries. Craig has demonstrated a capacity to act effectively and successfully for the very largest corporates and government, as well as smaller enterprises. From 1990 to 1992, Craig worked for leading London commercial law firm Linklaters. Craig is a member of the Companies Committee of the Law Council of Australia's Business Law Section and the Corporations Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
