He started his professional career in 1996, and he has always been dealing with corporate and commercial issues. Former Manager of the Corporate Law department of the Valencia office of Ernst & Young Lawyers (2004-2006). He has lectured on various courses and at conferences on different topics related to corporate and commercial law. LL.M. in Information Technology Law by Valencia University (2004). Diploma of International Mergers & Acquisitions from The College of Law of England and Wales (2007). Managing Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Law Area of Alentta Lawyers.
