Lennart Crain is a Corporate/M&A and Private Equity partner at AKD who specialises in private and public M&A transactions, including auction sales, public bids, complex disentanglements and leveraged buyouts. He has a great deal of experience with transactions for financial institutions and private equity, and in the TMT, industrial and real estate sectors.
