Charlotte Levin specialises in company law, capital markets law, M&A and Corporate Governance. She has several years’ experience from IPOs, capital raisings, public offerings and other capital markets transactions and from advising listed companies and their owners in all types of capital markets and corporate law issues, with a special focus on equity incentive plans. Charlotte Levin specialises also in compliance issues. She is a member of Vinge’s Retail Group.
