Bio

Sindre Sondena Anderson is the office manager of the Bergen office and Co-Head of Corporate Advisory and Transactions. Sindre is a partner in Schjødt and specialises in M&A, capital markets transactions, securities and corporate law, PE/VC and corporate real estate. In addition Sindre is co-head of the firm's practice area for renewable energy, and has over the last years had a particular focus on wind energy. Sindre has over the years been involved in several large transactions involving private and public companies, in Norway and internationally, and serves as trusted advisor to several family offices and domestic and international investment funds. Sindre joined the firm in 2005. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen, with specialisation in corporate law and petroleum law. Sindre has amongst other things been in charge of the reorganisations and transactions relating to Frank Mohn AS, Harding Safety AS, NorskWind Energy.
