Nils Ludvig Dahl focuses on shipping, oil services and E&P related M&A, corporate and contracts. He advises major shipping, oil services and E& P clients, as well as private equity and venture funds. A lot of the work is cross border with international clients. He prioritizes to understand the key characteristics and markets of the businesses he is advising and are often instructed for strategic advice as well as legal advise by boards and management groups. Nils has 20 years of experience and is co heading our Shipping and Oil Services department.
