Bio

Morten Foros Krohnstad is an experienced business lawyer with main areas of work in M&A and corporate, including corporate litigation. He serves on a number of boards as chairman and board member in Norwegian listed and un-listed companies. Morten has also served in various roles within the management of the firm, including board member and head of the commercial management of our Bergen office. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen in 1995, and joined Schjødt in 1996, where he became partner in 2000.
