Bio

Audun Bondkall works in Schjødt's Finance and Capital Markets department. He joined Schjødt in 2005, and specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international transactions. Audun has participated as a legal advisor in a number of the larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market in recent years, both on the issuer and the manager side. He also has substantial experience from larger M&A transactions and general corporate law and securities law advice.
