I like working as part of a client’s team. I bring many years of legal and commercial experience to their team which complements their own experience and their deep knowledge of their own business. I will brainstorm a project with the client, and seek to identify their commercial objectives so that the legal solutions are developed accordingly. My practice is in corporate and commercial law; particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance advice. I advise on inital public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity raisings, private equity investments, schemes of arrangement and takeovers, as well as provide advice to company boards, both listed and unlisted.
