With a background as an in-house counsel and as an investment banker, I understand where clients are coming from. Legal advice not only needs to be technically correct, it needs to be useful. I focus on mergers and acquisitions, financial services and debt financing. I assist clients who are seeking to establish, acquire, finance, restructure or divest funds, businesses or investments.
