John T. Rogerson III joined Adams and Reese in 2013 as a Partner following the firm’s expansion into Jacksonville. Practicing law since 1989, John focuses in the areas of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, toxic tort defense, and insurance law/litigation. He also advises corporate and health care providers in general business and legal matters. John’s clients include banks and financial institutions, creditors in bankruptcies, medical providers with litigation issues, and businesses with litigation needs. After successfully representing a client in a major forbearance deficiency action, John said one of his great legal accomplishments was being told by the opposing counsel, who is a very prominent business litigator, that John’s representation in the case was the best example of ethical lawyering the opposing counsel had seen in his career.
