Bio

H. Lee Moffitt is a former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and joined Adams and Reese in 2012. He is the founder and namesake of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer & Research Institute, the only cancer center in Florida to be recognized as a National Cancer Institute Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Practicing law since 1968, Lee practices in governmental relations and legislative law, and is a member of the firm’s Special Business Services Practice Group. Lee served in the Florida Legislature for 10 years, including terms as Speaker of the House (1982-1984), Chair of the Commerce Committee (1978-1980), and Chair of the House Reapportionment Committee (1980-1982).
