Charles “Chuck” Adams, Jr., joined Adams and Reese in 1996 when he and nine attorneys from another law firm opened the firm’s Jackson office. As the initial contact for the Jackson opening, Chuck led the recruiting efforts for the Jackson office. He served as Managing Partner of the firm from 2001 to 2015. As former managing partner, Chuck was instrumental in the regional growth of our firm. He was directly involved in every phase, identifying, approaching, recruiting, negotiating, closing and integrating, of the firm’s mergers and office openings in Birmingham in 2002, Nashville in 2005, Memphis in 2006, Florida in 2009, and South Carolina in 2013. Chuck has practiced for more than 25 years in business and corporate law and commercial transactions.
