Andrew “Andy” Freeman joined Adams and Reese in 2005 and practices in the areas of corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and forestry. He counsels and advises clients in banking and finance, loan workouts, commercial property sales and purchases, forestry transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and in the drafting and negotiation of complex corporate transactions. His representative experience also spans the maritime and oil and gas industries.
