Bill joined Ackerson & Yann, PLLC in 1993 and is a principal and member of the firm. His practice area is the representation of closely held businesses, their owners and families. This representation includes matters arising out of federal and state taxation, succession planning, contract negotiations, commercial litigation, real estate, and such other matters as these clients require from time-to-time.
