Ole Kristian Aabo-Evensen has extensive experience in assisting investors, financial advisers, private equity funds and industrial players in acquisitions, mergers, capital market transactions and other corporate matters. He has extensive practice from all relevant transaction aspects, both nationally and internationally. In addition, he has extensive experience as a legal and strategic advisor in connection with following up our clients' investments. In 2011, Universitetsforlaget published the first Norwegian textbook on mergers and acquisitions " On acquisitions of companies and businesses " written by Ole Kristian. He also annually writes the Norwegian chapter in 10 leading international publications on mergers and acquisitions, including Thomson Reuters Private and Public M&A Guides. Ole Kristian regularly achieves good results from international ranking agencies such as Legal 500, Chambers and IFLR1000. Over the past 14 years, Ole Kristian has been ranked among Norway's three best M&A lawyers by Finansavisen. In 2012, 2013, 2017, 2018 and 2019, Finansavisen ranked him as Norway's best lawyer in mergers and acquisitions. Several of the company's high-profile M&A transactions for European and international private equity funds and organizations have been completed under Ole Kristian's management.
