Henning Raa joined us in June 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience as an advisor in the tax area, including both Norwegian and international taxation. Henning has worked with the main focus on the M&A area for the past 15 years and led a significant number of transaction assignments for Norwegian and foreign customers. This includes the purchase and sale of companies, stock exchange listings, refinancing, tax structuring and due diligence. Henning has extensive experience working for private equity funds, infrastructure and real estate players and industrial clients. He has extensive experience in industry areas with particular emphasis on technology, real estate, infrastructure and industrial production. Henning places great emphasis on understanding the customer's needs and expectations. He works solution-oriented to achieve the best result within tax regulations and the commercial framework for the transaction.
