Richard Pereira Bio

Richard Pereira joined Zouk as a Partner in 2007 and is the CFO and COO. He has worked in private equity and accountancy in London for 14 years. Richard draws on a strong track record of management, administration and investment with top tiers firms. Richard joined Zouk from Ernst & Young, where he was a director of the firm’s investment management business and was responsible for the Zouk account. He previously worked as an investment manager at an Anglo-German private equity house and before that at KPMG in London where he trained as an ACA and worked within the firm’s Treasury and Market Risk Group. He currently sits on the listing panel of PLUS markets and previously on AIM. He is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol. Richard also served with Distinction in the Republic of Singapore Airforce.
