Jason Sporer Bio

Jason Sporer joined ZMC in 2011. Mr. Sporer is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments. Mr. Sporer currently represents ZMC on the boards of The Second City (Chairman), ITRenew, Education Networks of America, Inc. and 9 Story Media Group. Previously, Mr. Sporer worked at Evercore in the Restructuring and Capital Markets Group specializing in out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, debt exchanges, debt financings and distressed M&A. Mr. Sporer graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
