John Fosina Bio

John is Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Chair of the Firm’s Valuation Committee, Co-Chair of the Operating Committee and a member of York’s Executive, IT and Risk Management Committees. Prior to joining the Firm in 2010, John worked at Merrill Lynch in a variety of finance and administrative roles, including Chief Control Officer of the Internal Audit Group and Chief Administrative Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. John holds a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University and serves on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest University School of Business.
