Justin Potter Bio

Justin Potter joined White Deer in 2021 and is a Vice President of the firm. His responsibilities range from strategy, origination, structuring, due diligence, execution, and monitoring of investments. Prior to White Deer, Justin was a Senior Associate at Rotunda Capital where he invested in middle market companies across industrial services, business services, technology, and financial services industry sectors. He began his career in strategy consulting at Ernst & Young with engagement experience in growth advisory, cost optimization, data and technology architecture, and target operating model design. Justin received an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he was a Stamps Scholar Leadership Fellow, and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, graduating with summa cum laude honors. Justin is a CFA Charterholder.
