Mark Eidemueller Bio

Mark Eidemueller has over 20 years of private equity investing and advisory experience. He has successfully partnered with entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them assess competitive positioning, develop and implement growth strategies, and address weaknesses to drive performance. Mr. Eidemueller currently serves on the Board of Directors of Silent Falcon UAS Technologies, ByoPlanet International, Hands-On Learning, and Science First LLC. Prior to founding Wasena Capital Management, Mr. Eidemueller was a partner at Brockway Moran & Partners, a growth oriented private equity firm with $1.3 billion under management, where he served on various boards including Gold’s Gym, Celeste Industries and Pennant Foods. Prior to Brockway Moran, Mr. Eidemueller worked three years at PwC Securities, the middle-market investment-banking arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before graduate school, Mr. Eidemueller started his career at PaineWebber, Inc. in their equity research department.
