Steven Wacaster Bio

Mr. Wacaster sets the firm’s strategic direction and oversees the investment and portfolio management activities of the firm. Prior to founding Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Wacaster was a partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors and worked in the Financial Sponsors investment banking group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Wacaster earned a B.S.B.A at the University of North Carolina. He also holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
